Personal Training offers safe, effective and personalized programs to help you achieve your exercise and wellness goals.
Your Trainer will conduct a variety of assessments, beginning with a health screen, and may also include assessments of strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, core, posture, body composition and cardiorespiratory fitness, among other things. This will allow them to build a custom program that will guide you to your health and fitness goals.

Have you been injured or are you recovering from a painful condition? Have you lost strength or function?
Once your physiotherapist has cleared you, our Trainers can work in conjunction with our Physiotherapists to support the transition from injury to return to sport, surgery to return to function, and from a painful condition to a return to previous strength and activity levels.
Training is offered both in-person or virtually for your comfort and convenience.

– One-on-one personal Training with a fully insured and CSEP-CPT certified trainer who cares – we want you to meet your goals too and will work hard to help you get there!
– Screening: measurements, weight, resting heart rate, blood pressure, health questionnaires
-Goal setting with easy to follow steps, planning and accountability
-Guidance, expertise and accountability with a licensed and knowledgeable trainer
-Custom workout and meal planning
-Access to an equipped gym space and coaching on how to safely and effectively use the equipment and your body
– Nutritional Counselling if desired as an add-on service
-30 or 60 minute sessions are available once your initial assessment is complete.
