Concussion Management Services
Concussion has been a term we have all heard for a long time, but more recently it has become a more globally recognized health concern with new research and new approaches to the management of a concussion. We know that concussions can result from a number of traumas – car accidents, falls, and of course in sport. We also know that concussions are still not well reported and people often don’t know how to recognize the signs or when to seek support from health care practitioners.
Our physiotherapist is certified in the Shift Concussion Management Program: a full-service concussion management program supporting baseline testing, post-injury care, return-to-play preparation, education, and prevention strategies.
