Fitness Classes and Personal Training

Diana is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 5 years of coaching experience, helping people to become stronger and to improve their mobility. She is also a Certified Mat Pilates instructor which focuses on increasing core strength and improving posture. Diana started her fitness career as a competitive dancer and now also teaches Zumba, which is a fun way to exercise using Latin dance steps!
